Please ensure items are free of perfumes, lotions, or signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
